Please submit samples ONLY from Monday to Wednesday in order to avoid deliveries at the weekend.
Please discuss the submission of sample material in advance with Inmodia GmbH in order to ensure prompt receipt and proper storage of the samples. This applies in particular to unfixed tissue samples as well as blood and cerebrospinal fluid samples.
Please state the manufacturer(s) of the injections and, if possible, the vaccine batches and the time period of the injection(s). It is best to enclose a copy of the relevant page of the vaccination booklet.

Before sending in the samples, the ‘Declaration of consent’ form must be completed, signed and sent to us. You will receive this form after contacting us.
